In my world this would be it ...
  1. Wake up naturally - no alarm or outside noise
  2. Open the curtains to a bright (not necessarily hot) sunny day
  3. Make sure the bedroom window is open so you can hear the birds and others going about their business - and you'll sleep better
  4. Have time to get up slowly, lie in bed and contemplate the day for a while with the curtains slightly open so you can see the sky
  5. Have whatever you fancy available for breakfast, fresh fruit salad or bacon & eggs! Or just tea and really good toast
  6. Start your day feeling alive and ready for whatever it brings !
