Possibly a running list
  1. Do not care what other people think of you. The only opinions about yourself that matter are your own.
  2. Love yourself for who you are. Inside and out.
  3. Realize when you are in a toxic relationship (friendship) and know when to walk away.
  4. Even though it's scary, do the thing that is making you anxious. The sooner you get it done, the better you will feel.
    procrastinating = more anxiety
  5. Speak your mind. Tell people how you feel.
  6. You will make (and keep) friends that will love you for who you are, who will support you, who will always be there for you, who will be good for you. Be patient.
  7. Take care of yourself. You are everything to somebody. You are everything to yourself.
