WHAT I DO WHEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING

My morning routine.
  1. A teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt + glass of water, bathroom
  2. Vegan protein (Sunwarrior or Pea), 30 grams sometimes some collagen powder
  3. Meditate, 20 minutes
  4. 5 Minute Journal
  5. Workout, 10-30 minutes
  6. Cold shower
