Some of this week's breakfasts

Things I created with dark chocolate coconut peanut butter..shown below
  1. 3 ingredient pancakes: 2 cups oat flour, 1 mashed spotty ripe banana, 1 cup almond milk. Place all in a blender and blend. Then add a teaspoon of cinammon. Add coconut sugar if desired. Blend again.
  2. Whole wheat bread sandwich :)
  3. Banana ice cream (in a blender this time)
