This list is a to-do list. It is meant to be a daily routine before going to sleep to end the day.

- 4.Drink WaterDrink an entire cup of water before going to sleep. Have a full glass of water for next to bedside.
- 5.MeditateMeditate for a short period of time. 10 min max
- 6.SleepGo to bed.
