End Do-It

This list is a to-do list. It is meant to be a daily routine before going to sleep to end the day.
  1. 1.
    Hygiene
    Brush teeth. Pluck eyebrows.
  2. 2.
    Smoke
    Preferably with my brother.
  3. 3.
    Tea
    Yogi Sleepy-time tea. Just 1 cup.
  4. 4.
    Drink Water
    Drink an entire cup of water before going to sleep. Have a full glass of water for next to bedside.
  5. 5.
    Meditate
    Meditate for a short period of time. 10 min max
  6. 6.
    Sleep
    Go to bed.
