THINGS ABOUT ME - MOSTLY BRAGGING IN LIST FORM

    My parents & I were held hostage at gunpoint in our home when I was 4 It took two days for them to finally leave and they were never heard from again.

    I flew an airplane for a few minutes over Malibu.

    I have been to about 25 countries.

    Last night I dreamt in Japanese.
  5. 5.
    I jumped out of an airplane on a tandem jump, fell one blissful mile before the parachute was opened and it became somewhat boring. I won’t do it again because it was too scary getting out of the airplane.

    When I was 16 years old I proclaimed that I when I grew up I wanted to be a photographer, marry a British photographer named Collin and travel the world with our two children. I’ve gotten fairly close to this goal but I’m impeded by my husband’s staunch refusal to change his name and his citizenship.

    A fisherman saved my life in Florida by grabbing me by the back of my bathing suit as I unknowingly descended into a strong current to swim with dolphins.

    I love to wear costumes and wigs and have a collection of them. Most of the time I wear the same thing every day which is quite shameful!

    I love swimming in deep quarries and other calm waters. A calm ocean bay is nice too.

    I love the music, clothing, banter, and aesthetic of the 40s. I always accidentally write the British spelling first before changing it. I’ve had so many dreams about nazi’s in my life that sometimes I wonder if I lived in the 40s during the war in another life.

    I didn’t believe in ghosts until I was at the Queen Mary in the area of the pool and wandered to the lockers. I felt a fear emanate from inside my body outwards. Terror. Years later I read that area is a negative energy vortex that some can feel.

    Growing up in NYC in the 70s and 80s was really fun. I enjoyed a lot of freedom since we didn’t need to have drivers licenses. We went to museums all the time. I met Andy Warhol and Keith Haring and went to night clubs under age.

    I still have the first photos I ever took. They’re black and white pictures of Barbie paper dolls.

    I grew up in a loft in SoHo. We had a swing and a motorized car in the house. At Christmastime my Dad hung the tree from the ceiling and tied a bucket to the bottom because the cat kept knocking it over.

    I tried my first cigarette when I was 6 years old and that pretty much ruined my smoking career.

    I love the phenomenon of compost and love to make my own crafts.

    Although I love photo self portraits I generally avoid these meme things. I don’t know what the word meme means and I can’t be bothered to look it up.

    I have relatives in Sicily and Budapest but have never visited them.

    I think my husband is really exciting and cool and I love him very much. I have still not become bored yet. This doesn’t stop me from trying to control him.

    My children have made me appreciate exuberant greetings, being real not phony and cuddling. I check on them about three times a night, prod them gently and whisper sweet messages.

    I love to surround myself with people that are smarter than me so that I am always entertained and learning. I took comedy improv classes at the Groundlings in Los Angeles. I quit after intermediate level when it became ironically serious and mostly for actors. It’s really fun and I miss it.

    The internet and things like this have keep me up late every day and I am sleep deprived.
