Tips to improve on-time completion of your organization's Ethics & Compliance training.

In order of effectiveness:
  1. Send a reminder to the employees before the end of the training campaign
  2. Send multiple reminders before the end of the campaign (one week before, three days before, one day before)
  3. Send separate reminders to the supervisors of the employees who are delinquent
  4. In the reminders, explain why it is important to your organization that employees complete the training
  5. Ask supervisors to explain to their subordinates why it is important to them personally that the training will be completed
  6. Create negative consequences in the performance of valuation of any employee who does not complete the training on time
