CUTS OF MEAT I HAVE LOVED

At the request of @zkamenetz and in no order
  1. Skirt steak (marinated in a paste of Harissa, olive oil, and whatever fruit jam or preserves are in the fridge)
  2. Short ribs - beef or lamb - braised and then glazed
  3. Deckel - cheaper than brisket, more fatty, more delicious
  4. Ribeye, of course - coffee-rubbed, hard seared, rare in the middle, thin sliced
  5. Boneless turkey breast - roasted with onions, then chopped and sautéed into crispy shawarma
  6. Eli J. Gurock's prime rib roast with a Dijon crust
