I tried all these in the past 24 hours. I still don't feel great.
  1. Watch a whole bunch of television
    I finished the first season of Halt and Catch Fire. ✔️💾🔥
  2. Text everyone you know
    I think sympathy is healing and I'm not too proud to beg for it.
  3. Sleep too much.
    Go to bed early, sleep in, nap, the works.
  4. Leave the house
    I just crossed the street to buy cold cereal and nectarines. But you know, fresh air, real clothes, people watching, they all help.
  5. Drink water.
    This will probably help, actually.
