  1. Sandwich
    Meatball sub, heavy marinara sauce, cheese, toasted, warm lettuce & cucumber
  2. Mixed Drink
    LI iced tea if I'm drinking to get drunk, White Russian if it's just cocktails, vodka and squash if I'm poor and feeling self destructive.
  3. Wrap
    Halloumi, hummus, sweet red peppers and warm lettuce.
  4. Pizza
    Thin base, heavy sauce, heavy mozzarella, spinach, chicken, sweetcorn and pesto.
  5. Sushi order
    V. Basic, katsu curry, California roll, mostly salmon & tuna, veggie hand roll, lots of soy sauce, chocolate ganache rice balls to end.
  6. Birthday
    Lots of surprises, silly gifts and no hideously expensive ones, talking about me, lots of eating and drinking, making the most of birthday freebies, also it lasts 2 weeks.
  7. Workout routine
    Motivated by an absurd phobia of gaining weight. 20 minute run followed by excessive cardio and toning, don't leave until the guilt in your stomach goes, get home and overeat.
  8. Meltdown
    Make a nest out of duvet, scroll through social media but don't read a word, sleep intermittently with the lights on, Google brain tumour symptoms, gawp a lot.
  9. Friend
    Eager, silly, easy laugh, open.
  10. Dessert
    Decadent, chocolate heavy, glass of milk.
