- •Mixed DrinkLI iced tea if I'm drinking to get drunk, White Russian if it's just cocktails, vodka and squash if I'm poor and feeling self destructive.
- •WrapHalloumi, hummus, sweet red peppers and warm lettuce.
- •PizzaThin base, heavy sauce, heavy mozzarella, spinach, chicken, sweetcorn and pesto.
- •Sushi orderV. Basic, katsu curry, California roll, mostly salmon & tuna, veggie hand roll, lots of soy sauce, chocolate ganache rice balls to end.
- •BirthdayLots of surprises, silly gifts and no hideously expensive ones, talking about me, lots of eating and drinking, making the most of birthday freebies, also it lasts 2 weeks.
- •Workout routineMotivated by an absurd phobia of gaining weight. 20 minute run followed by excessive cardio and toning, don't leave until the guilt in your stomach goes, get home and overeat.
- •MeltdownMake a nest out of duvet, scroll through social media but don't read a word, sleep intermittently with the lights on, Google brain tumour symptoms, gawp a lot.
- •FriendEager, silly, easy laugh, open.
- •DessertDecadent, chocolate heavy, glass of milk.
